Based on the high demand for COVID vaccines, the county is establishing Super Point-of-Dispensing locations or "Super PODs." At this time, individual cities will not host vaccination sites separate from the Super PODs.

Mayor Pro Tempore Tony Beall and Council Member Carol Gamble have won reelection, according to the unofficial results from the Orange County Registrar of Voters.
In Rancho Santa Margarita, two seats were up for four-year terms.
