This outdoor food festival showcases the variety of cuisines Rancho Santa Margarita has to offer and allows local vendors to market their products to residents and nearby neighbors. By creating a place to gather, a sense of community is garnered to promote life balance to residents and provides an opportunity to encourage economic development by involving local restaurants and food vendors to participate.
