The Rancho Santa Margarita Municipal Code (RSMMC) is maintained by Municipal Code Corporation in both paper and HTML formats.  Copies of the paper version, which is the OFFICIAL version, may be found in the City Clerk's Office.

The HTML version of the RSMMC is located on a web site maintained by Municipal Code Corporation, and is updated periodically.  Users should check the preface of the HTML version for the latest revision date, and contact the City if you have any questions.

The Rancho Santa Margarita Municipal Code electronic version is located on the Municipal Code Corporation website.

Recent ordinance amendments have been made to our Municipal Code which have not yet been updated on the web version of the Code.  To view these updates please visit the Public Notices section of the City's website.
