Mayor Tony Beall delivered the annual State of the City Address at a breakfast hosted recently by the RSM Chamber of Commerce and South County Bank at the Dove Canyon Country Club. At the event, Mayor Beall stated, "At a time when our nation, state, and many local government agencies are drowning in debt and deficits, the City of Rancho Santa Margarita continues to thrive."

Age Well Seniors Services will offer free online application assistance to anyone aged 62+ at the Bell Tower Regional Community Center.
When: Monday-Friday, February 15-29, 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Where: Santiago Seniors Office, The Bell Tower Community Center, 22232 El Paseo, RSM
The service is offered at no charge to persons who qualify and is on a first come, first serve basis. Click here for more information.
