|Senior Mobility Program||949-216-9700||Service is provided to Rancho Santa Margarita residents who are 60 years of age or older. Qualified residents must have an approved application on file and be issued a Senior Mobility photo identification to participate in this program. This program operates 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, including holidays. Trips are within the city limits of Rancho Santa Margarita.

2-1-1 is a free accessible telephone number that will enable everyone to access the vital community services they need. 2-1-1 provides a one-stop service for vital information by providing the right phone number for the right resource needed. It is the equivalent of 9-1-1 but for non-emergency health and human services.
|Same-Day Taxi||877-628-2232 x7||OCTA offers the Same-Day Taxi Program to ACCESS eligible customers. You pay the ACCESS base fare of $3.60 for a trip up to five miles; any additional costs above the five mile trip are paid by the ACCESS customer. This service is good for quick trips to locations such as shopping centers or the pharmacy.
For those traveling to or from a location outside of the ACCESS service area, Same-Day Taxi may be used to connect with regular ACCESS or OCTA fixed route service. Ask an ACCESS reservation representative for more information. Eligibility: ACCESS certified.

ACCESS is a shared-ride service for people who are unable to use regular bus service due to limitations from a disability. With ACCESS, people with disabilities have a reliable and economical way to get to a doctor's appointment, do their shopping, or run necessary errands. Senior Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Program serving South Orange County in a designated service area. Eligible participants must register through the mail prior to utilizing the service. Participants must be at least 60 years of age.
