The Boys and Girls Clubs of Capistrano Valley has been contracted by the City of Rancho Santa Margarita to provide after school and summer programs at the Bell Tower Regional Community Center. This program offers activities in education, career development, the arts, health, life skills, character and leadership development and sports. All youth must have a completed parent signed membership form to attend.
