Temporary signal timing has been set along Empresa at Antonio and at Banderas. This is in addition to the current signal timing at Empresa and Esperanza/Arroyo Vista due to a pavement rehabilitation project scheduled to take place through Friday, June 15th. During this time the sensor “loops” in the streets will be disabled, causing the traffic signals to function on a cycle, rather than on the demand basis sensor system that drivers are accustomed to. This will be a short inconvenience for the duration of construction to improve our local streets. Thank you for your patience as we work to improve the flow of traffic and increase accessibility in Rancho Santa Margarita.
