Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) Active Transportation Count Pilot Program traffic study underway.
OCTA has been coordinating with city staff on an Active Transportation Count Pilot Program to gather bicycle and pedestrian data throughout Orange County.
Please be advised that we will be collecting bicycle and pedestrian counts at a number of sites and across many jurisdictions, beginning today, April 19th through the week of June 4th. Technicians will typically be setting up video cameras and bicycle tube counts on paths and roadways on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between 9 p.m. and 6 a.m.
