The City of Rancho Santa Margarita is pleased to announce that it is launching its new website as of November 18, 2015.
The website www.cityofrsm.org underwent an extensive re-design process by CivicPlus, a leading government website provider. Citizens and their local government will be able to communicate, monitor, report and interact through computers or mobile devices in an updated and easily navigated layout.
The website features responsive design technology to increase the functionality of the Customer Request Module (CRM), which is used extensively by residents. The website and CRM feature will be accessible via any mobile device allowing residents to report a need for service or repairs in the City without the need of a personal computer.
With the new website the City of Rancho Santa Margarita will increase its community engagement and enhance the communication between residents and the local government.
