Public Works Superintendent selected by peers for annual recognition.
Public Works Superintendent Terry Gregory has been named 2018 Employee of the Year by a vote of his colleagues, who describe him as a kind, dependable and thorough hard-worker. Terry has been with the City since 2017 and quickly became an invaluable member of the RSM team.
Mr. Gregory has over 20 years of professional experience, and as an American Public Works Association (APWA) Certified Public Infrastructure Inspector, is an integral part of City operations. Terry oversees the maintenance program for City buildings, streets, traffic signals, equipment, sidewalks, and other City infrastructure, supervises fleet maintenance and inspects construction work done under City-issued permits.
The City's Employee Recognition Program recognizes outstanding customer service, performance, professionalism, and attitude. Employees nominate colleagues each quarter, and an Employee of the Year is named annually. Congratulations to Terry Gregory, an outstanding member of our exemplary City staff!
