The reconstruction of the hinge on the westbound Santa Margarita Parkway bridge, along with other preventative maintenance, is complete.
Median reconstruction, including replacement of trees and landscaping, is currently underway; the project is scheduled for completion this month.
Work to reconstruct the median at the east end of the bridge is ongoing and scheduled for completion early next week. Once the curb installation is completed, the temporary traffic impacts will not be as extensive.
