Friday, September 13, 2024, 12:00 p.m.: The American Red Cross long-term care and reception shelter at the Rancho Santa Margarita Bell Tower Regional Community Center closed due to the lifting of mandatory evacuations.


Thursday, September 12, 3:30 p.m.:  Evacuation Order downgraded to Evacuation Warning (Voluntary) for RSM 03, including Robinson Ranch, Trabuco Highlands, and Trabuco Highlands Apartments.  Soft road closures remain in place, and residents need identification to reenter.
